Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin recently stated that the BRICS alliance is a good choice for Serbia.

Vulin said that the BRICS countries will not make demands on Serbia, but can provide more assistance to Serbia than Serbia wants.

The BRICS alliance includes countries such as Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Eswatini, Iran, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that joining the BRICS countries does not impose an ultimatum on Serbia, requiring it to pass laws that violate its national principles, nor will it concede to non-governmental organizations.

Furthermore, Vulin stated that membership in the BRICS countries does not mean that Serbia must impose sanctions on any country or change its foreign policy.
