Jesse Powell, co-founder of the cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, announced that he has donated $10,000 to the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, with the majority of the donation provided in the form of Ethereum (ETH).
Powell stated that he is pleased to join other leaders in the cryptocurrency community to support the only candidate from a major political party who supports cryptocurrency in the 2024 presidential election.

Trump is considered a candidate who supports cryptocurrency, as he recently announced his acceptance of donations in the form of cryptocurrencies for his campaign and advocated for the mining of tokens like Bitcoin in the United States, claiming that the country should be a leader in the cryptocurrency field.
However, he has not presented specific policies regarding the industry, and this issue was not resolved during his first presidential term, despite debates with Joe Biden.
