MicroStrategy Announces Additional Bitcoin Purchase
Following a successful convertible debt financing, MicroStrategy has once again announced a significant purchase of Bitcoin. The company has acquired an additional 11,931 BTC, valued at approximately $7.86 billion, using funds from convertible debt and cash reserves. These tokens were acquired at an average price of $65,883 per BTC. With this latest purchase, MicroStrategy now holds a total of 226,331 BTC, acquired at a cost of $833 million and an average price of $36,798 per coin.
Michael Saylor’s long-term bullish outlook on Bitcoin is evident in MicroStrategy’s ongoing strategy. Particularly considering the acquisition price and current value, this reflects nearly 100% investment growth.
