Controversial influencer and former taekwondo champion Andrew Tate is set to embark on a world tour for his new meme cryptocurrency DADDY, following significant legal developments.
A court in Bucharest recently approved Tate’s departure from Romania, where he is currently awaiting trial on serious charges including human trafficking, rape, and running a criminal group that exploits women.
“I’m free. First time I’ve been able to leave Romania in three years. The fake case is falling apart,” Tate announced in a dramatic message on Twitter.
Despite still facing restrictions within the European Union, this news has propelled Tate into his latest venture. In a dramatic announcement on Twitter, Tate revealed his plans to hold the “DADDY World Tour” – a tour he has been promoting in recent weeks as part of an advertising campaign for the meme coin based on Solana.
Tate’s promotion of DADDY has been both passionate and controversial. He recently participated in a campaign for the MOTHER cryptocurrency, which was in competition with Iggy Azalea. As part of the promotion, Tate is conducting an airdrop on DADDY to join his “Real World” program, which has been criticized for being a pyramid scheme and was banned from major app stores in 2023.
